  1. What is MoveRight?
    MoveRight is the only known Real Estate Brokerage that pays you to do what you are going to do anyway, Buy or Sell a house.
  2. How does MoveRight work?
    Simply follow the three easy steps on the "STEP BY STEP" page. 1.Register, 2.Buy or sell with your Realtor, 3. Collect a cheque.
  3. How much does MoveRight cost?
    It is completely free to use our services. However, if you don't use MoveRight Realty Services for your next real estate deal, it will probably cost you hundreds or thousands of lost income. Use us, its free!
  4. How do I get paid?
    You get paid from us at MoveRight. Because you allowed us to make the referral of your purchase or sale of a home to a third party Realtor, they in-turn pay MoveRight Realty Services a referral fee. We then send you a good portion of that referral fee back in the form of a cheque after the transaction closes.
  5. Can I use MoveRight?
    To find out if you are eligible to use MoveRight, check the criteria under "TERMS AND CONDITONS".
  6. How long does it take?
    As soon as you register on the "REGISTER NOW" page you will get a call from your Realtor within 1-2 business days after you submit the registration form to us.
  7. Where can I use MoveRight? Canada or the USA?
    You can use MoveRight anywhere in Canada or the USA.
  8. Can I use MoveRight for buying or selling real estate?
    You can use MoveRight whether you are buying a home, selling a home, or better yet... both.
  9. Can I use MoveRight with a home, condo, farm, rural, land, mobile home??
    You can use MoveRight with a home, condo, villa, farm, rural, land, mobile or any other form of real property that you want to sell or buy.
  10. Can I use MoveRight for commercial property?
    MoveRight works with residential and commercial property, as long as all of the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" are met.
  11. Can I choose my Realtor?
    If you have a preferred Realtor that you desire to use you will be asked for his/her name and company information. However, if your Realtor chooses not to participate with MoveRight Realty Services program then you will have the option to continue with that Realtor and not get paid or you can opt to have us assign you another Realtor that does participate with MoveRight's program and you can still collect a cheque. Either way, it's up to you.
  12. What if I choose my Realtor and he/she does not want to participate?
    Not all Realtors participate with MoveRight. That is their choice. However, if you still want to get paid for buying or selling your home then we can refer your business to a participating brokerage Realtor. It could be worth hundreds or thousands of dollars to you. If you want to use your Realtor regardless of his/her participation with us, you can do that too. It is entirely your choice, but if they don't participate, neither do you.
  13. What if I register and don't hear from my Realtor?
    If you do not get a call within 2 business days, contact us at 1-866-705-9261 or by clicking here. We pride ourselves on dealing with competent professional Realtors and brokerages who deliver a high quality service. All MoveRight affiliate Realtors have to comply with our selection criteria. If the assigned Realtor neglects to call you within that timeframe, it is unacceptable and we want to know. We will remove that Realtor from your file and assign it to a new one.
  14. Do I have to pay tax on the money I receive?
    You have to pay tax on any money that you make. Uncle Sammy says so and this isn't any different. So do your duty and don't forget to declare it.
  15. Can I change Realtors?
    If there is a problem with personality conflicts or adequate service we want to know. Again, we pride ourselves on dealing with competent professional Realtors and brokerages who deliver a high quality service. All MoveRight affiliate Realtors have to comply with our selection criteria. If the assigned Realtor neglects to provide up to par service, it is unacceptable and we want to know.   16. How much will my cheque be?
    Your cheque will depend entirely on how much your Realtor makes on their gross commission of the transaction end they helped you with. You will receive 15% of that gross amount. For example: If you purchase a home and your Realtor's gross commission for helping you buy is $7,000, you will receive 15% of $7,000. In this case it is $1050. If you list your home for sale and sell it with your total real estate fees being $10,000, $5,000 to the listing Realtor and $5,000 to the selling Realtor your cheque would be 15% of your Realtor's $5,000 gross commission. In this case $750.
  17. How will I receive my cheque?
    After you buy or sell your home you registered for and have a "firm" binding contract, log back onto MoveRight.com, click the "I'M MOVING" button and enter your name and password. You will then be prompted to give us your new address information and other transactional information. We will mail your cheque to the new address so you can receive it after you close on the property.
  18. Do I have to fill out the "I'm moving" page?
    Only if you want to collect your cheque. The "I'm Moving" page helps us to locate you so we can send you your money. It also keeps us up to date on your progress and allows us to invoice other brokerages for your referral. Actually, this step is essential to successfully completing your transaction from our end.
  19. I just found out about MoveRight but I'm already working with a Realtor?
    Unfortunately, if you are already working with a Realtor in a contractual agency relationship, you do not meet our "TERMS AND CONDITIONS". However once your contract is expired or ended, if you were unsuccessful in completing a purchase or sale of your home, you may then register with MoveRight Realty Services.
  20. How does the "Tell a Friend" link work?
    Friends love to help friends, especially when everyone wins. Simply click the "TELL A FRIEND" link, fill in your friends e-mail address and hit send. When your friends register with MoveRight they will be asked on the registration form who told them about our program. That's when your friend plugs in your name for us. Your friend will collect hundreds or thousands of dollars and we'll send you an extra hundred bucks ($100.00) to thank you for supporting our business. At MoveRight, everyone wins!
