TERMS AND CONDITIONS You are eligible to sign up and receive a cheque for using MoveRight Realty Services free self-referral program at MoveRight.com provided the following criteria are met: You are not currently working with a Realtor to find a home to purchase Your home is not currently listed for sale with a Real Estate Brokerage You are a registered owner of the property to be sold You are looking to move within Canada or the United States of America The real estate offer and the completed MoveRight registration form must be in the same name If you choose your own Realtor, they participate and cooperate with our referral program You are 18 years of age or older MoveRight Realty Services offers a free self-referral program that pays you to do business with us. In order to participate you must not have an existing contract relationship or agency relationship with any other real estate brokerage, broker, sales representative or agent. We must make the initial contact for you to introduce your business to the Realtor who will be working with you. You must fully complete the REGISTER NOW registration form with current and accurate information and also be a registered owner of the real property if you are selling. You must keep us up to date with your contact information and on the progress of your transaction with regards to the closing date and new address. You must be 18 years of age and the real property must be in Canada or the U.S.A. It is important for you to know that not all Realtors will participate with MoveRight's referral program. If you select to use a Realtor that does not cooperate with our program then you will not be eligible to receive a cheque. At that point, you can continue to purchase or sell your property with that Realtor as you wish and receive no self-referral cheque, or you have the option of receiving a cheque by allowing us to make a different Realtor referral for you. Either way it's up to you. In order to receive a cheque, the offer and registration form must be in the same name. You cannot register yourself to receive a cheque for a property that another person is buying. Provided the above criteria is met, you will get paid to do what you're going to do anyway.
