- After you buy or sell your home and you have a "firm" contract, send us a quick line via the "I'm Moving" button on this site to let us know your new address. Why, you ask? Let's stay with the program for just another minute. You're moving right? We want to send you your cheque, and we don't want to send it to your old address… Easy as 1, 2, 3.
