Now, because we sent that Realtor your business, they pay us a referral fee and we in-turn cut you a cheque for 15% of their gross commission earned. It's as easy as that. Here's how it looks:

You purchase a condo for $320,000
Your Realtor earns 3.5% on $100,000 plus 1.5% on the balance of the sale price or $6,800
